Test Tube Processing Automation
Our test tube processing systems offer capabilities similar to our microplate processing systems. We can supply tube racks or accommodate existing customer supplied racks. Standard modules are used on all systems. This enables having a smaller process development machine in one department that is compatible with a larger scale system in manufacturing. It also facilitates scaling up to larger systems in a growth environment.
Multi-day processes can be arranged on separate conveyors to enable parallel processing of separate batches on the same day, or they can be combined on a single shared conveyor. Larger systems provide for greater speed and more features.
